Payments are processed securely through PayFast. SpinPro never stores card numbers, CVV codes, or bank login details. PayFast acts as an independent responsible party for payment data.

  • Xneelo (South Africa) — website hosting, static assets, DNS, email routing

  • Encrypted databases (Azure PostgreSQL)
  • Access control and multi-factor authentication

4. Cross-Border Transfers

SpinPro primarily stores data within South Africa. However, some services may process limited data outside SA:

  • Azure global services (e.g., CDN, failover, email delivery)
  • PayFast (may use international fraud-prevention tools)

Where cross-border transfers occur, we ensure compliance with POPIA Section 72 by using adequate protection agreements, operator contracts, and secure transfer mechanisms.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for operating the Platform, legal and financial compliance, and historical tournament records. You may request deletion of your account, but tournament results may be retained for historical accuracy.

8. Cookies and Tracking

SpinPro uses cookies for login sessions, analytics, and performance optimisation. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function correctly.

9. Children's Information

SpinPro may process junior player data only with consent from a parent, guardian, or club official acting in loco parentis. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent.
